The hardest part of running a testimonial wall is not the layout. It is remembering who you asked, who replied, what they agreed to, and where each quote ended up. Without a record, quotes get published with a photo the customer never approved, incentivized reviews slip through undisclosed, and a customer who later asks to be removed cannot be found. This worksheet keeps all of that in one place, one row per request, so that anyone on the team can answer those questions in seconds.

Use it alongside the collection advice in the guide at /guide/ and the article on asking without feeling pushy at /blog/how-to-ask-for-testimonials/. Fill in the win moment before you send anything, since that detail is what makes the request personal. Update the status column as replies arrive, and never move a row to Published until the consent column is complete. The example rows below show the kind of entries that work; replace them with your own.
